So the lesson today will cover all the steps to build your own websites. This is part 4-7 of a 7 part series of an internet marketing training course. If you missed part 1,2,3 of the series instructions are at the bottom of this article. So let us get started.

Just for the sake of this lesson I am going to  assume you are wanting to build your own websites to create a passive income business with affiliate marketing. If you just want to build your own websites for personal use that is fine, just skip step 1, and step 2.

Build your own websites Step 1: Make a decision on what your site is going to be about, example: I am teaching you about building sites, this is part of my 7 series of an internet marketing training course. So that is the URL I will be focusing on for my site would be.”internet marketing training course”.

Build your own websites Step 2: Search for some really great keywords using the method from previous lessons, pick keywords relevant to the product  you are promoting. Make sure the keywords have low competition, and high traffic search.

Build your own websites Step 3: Buy a domain and use your keyword relating to your site in the URL, or something very similar.

Build your own websitesStep 4: Buy web hosting from a really reliable service. Believe me you do not want your websites to go down this causes you to lose money.

Build your own websites Step 5: Forward your domain to your new web hosting, allow time for this to happen, anything from 12-72 hours, this is an approximate time only, all services are different.

Build your own websites Step 6: Down load wordpress, I only use wordpress, but that is purely your choice.

Build your own websites Step 7: Then down load plugin’s, these are website applications that you need so your site runs efficiently. There are 3 you must have:

* All in one SEO pack

* Privacy policy

* Pick A good theme

I personally use flexibility 2 for my theme, but you can pick what you like, this is your choice again.

Build your own websites Step 8: If you do have lots of time and you are patient learn HTML coding to build your site, but please be warned this is a “VERY BIG TASK”. Alternately  just use the standard writing tool that comes along with word press. It is ok, but  I do recommend you upload to a better version. Most plugin’s are FREE, so  go ahead and put as many on your website as you like.

Build your own websites Step 9:This is where your personal touch comes in, put some pictures on there. Up-load them as many as you like, they are free so just have fun with it.

Bulid your own websites step 10: Now you need to write relevant content, and then just publish your work.

FANTASTIC you did it, you now know how to make your own websites, and you now own your very own piece of real, great work.

Now if this is for personal use only, you should consider using it as a passive income opportunity. There is a lot of money to be made in affiliate marketing when you have your own websites, and once again you can sell other people’s products for FREE. You can earn an income sitting  in your under wear, or even when you are asleep.

This plugin works like a computer anti-spam software that automatically put junk mails into your junk box. If you know how it works, it is not perfect. But this is not to say that you don’t need an anti-spam software.

2. Social BookMarking Links Plugin

This plugin automatically add links to your favorite social bookmarking sites on your posts, pages and in your RSS feed. You can choose from 99 different social bookmarking sites! Furthermore, you can also send a link to your post via email, AIM, Facebook, Twitter and more. WordPress version 2.6 or above is required though.

When you integrate social bookmarking with your posts, visitors can bookmark your web page with their social bookmarking accounts and that creates great backlinks for you that are well-liked by Search Engines.

3. Google Sitemaps Plugin

Google sitemaps creates a compliant XML-Sitemap of your WordPress blog. It supports all of the WordPress generated pages as well as custom created ones. What’s cool about this plugin is that every time you create or edit a post, your sitemap gets updated automatically and all the major search engines that support the sitemap protocol such as ASK.com, Google, Bing and Yahoo are notified about the update.

This simply means your blog pages will be more SEO friendly.

4. Google Adsense

This plugin provides a very easy way to generate revenue from your blog using Google AdSense. It is a very simple and yet almost maintenance free way of generating passive income from your blog. After you install and activate the plugin, go to the widgets under appearance and then add the Adsense tool to the sidebar or any where you like on your blog.

Before you install this plugin, please ensure that you have an approved Adsense account from Google, which may be a painful process for some because Google mercilessly rejects your application if it thinks you are generating junk sites.
