Google Adsense Promoted Video Click Fraud?
Hi in this video I cover what appears to be click fraud going on on a Youtube promoted video session where I logged 512 clicks & was billed at a penny per click (I set that rate) that worked out to $5.12 although I only had 13 clicks registered on my panel (although the counter on my video did move & I did get some comments) so whats the deal? (I tried to contact adwords to no avail), Rate, Comment or Subscribe, Thanks!, Dan

@IDMoneyTree Well Since I was a start up I received their $100 credit (of which I used just shy over $13) so obtaining a refund wasn’t really the issue. However the thing was is seemed that I was going slow & quickly accelerated thru my daily budget w/ minimal results & CTR so I naturally was suspicious & intervened before I could dig a hole for my self.

I too appreciate the info. I was getting ready to promote my business, but now I am leary about their operation. Any further news about their song & dance? Did they refund your $?

Google is gay. I’ve had my account banned for invalid clicks twice now. Both times I didn’t do anything wrong. Trolls simply have too much power and know how to ban your account. They just sit back and click over and over because they lead empty lives. Anyway, I use a different program which isn’t pay by click, but pay by purchase. So nobody can decide to get my account banned.

The sent me a nice mostly canned email how they take this activity seriouslly & will look into the matter, for my example I used my other video that raked up 321 though only 27 legit (I have several & w/in a mater of days all seemed to gradulally have this trouble) further they also tried to explain that only 46 were actual & it seemed like they were saying that the other 275 were known duplicates & that I won’t be charged – since they bill every $50 I’ll have to wait & see.
