Twitc : one-stop shop for sharing photos, videos, and a myriad of different file types with Twitter

What is Twitc ?

Batch upload and download, collaborate, annotate, organize, search, manage, and share HD video, hi-res photographs, documents, and graphics on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and 30 other sites.

Twitc is not the most immediate way to share videos with Twitter, but it does come with some extras that might make the additional steps worthwhile.
